Who can apply for funding through an Oranje Ticket?

Oranje Tickets are meant for young people between 12 and 29 years old. You can apply for an Oranje Ticket if you're organizing something with at least three young people. Just make sure that the person submitting the application is at least 18 years old. 

What are the criteria to apply for funding?

 To be eligible for an Oranje Ticket, your project needs to meet a few criteria. For example, the project should last between three and twelve months and include more than one activity. Before applying, check if your project meets all the criteria.

How much money do you need?

To bring your idea to life, you need a plan: What do you want to do? How will you achieve it? And what do you need to make it happen? And very important: How much will it cost? Think about everything you need to buy or rent, or anything you need to hire someone for. Everything you need should be listed in your budget. You can apply for an Oranje Ticket for amounts between 1.000 and 4.000 AWG/XCG or 500 and 2.500 USD.

How to apply for your Oranje Ticket:

Does your idea meet all the criteria? Have you put together a plan with a budget? Then you're ready to apply for an Oranje Ticket! Here's how:
1.   Fill in the application form. 
2.   Send your application form and other documents to your local advisor. The local advisors are listed down below. 

Congratulations, your Oranje Ticket has been requested! You will receive a confirmation of your application. If we have any questions, we will contact you. After our youth panel reviews your application, you’ll hear what happens next. 

When will I know if I receive an Oranje Ticket?

We have five application rounds per year. The current round closes on April 1, 2026. After the evaluation day, you will be informed within one week whether your application has been selected by our youth panel, or whether the panel requires additional information to make a decision.

Deadlines for the next rounds will be:

• June 1, 2026
• September 1, 2026
• November 1, 2026
• February 1, 2027
